When will the request reach me?

Depending on the chosen shipping company and the delivery agent, we have a network of shipping coordinators based in major cities. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 21 days from the time your order is confirmed. Although unexpected supply chain issues may sometimes cause delays, we are dedicated to doing everything we can to ensure your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products. 


Is there a delivery outside the country?

Yes, we offer international delivery! No matter where you are in the world, we ensure your favorite products reach you. Shop with us and enjoy global shipping with reliable service. While we currently do not cover all countries, we are actively working to expand our logistics network. If you need delivery outside your current region, please contact us for more details. If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

Unopened boxes can be returned up to 30 days from purchase at Traget. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes. If you believe you have received defective product, please contact us. To return product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and details about the product in question. We will respond promptly with a RMA and the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping. Credits will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase. This policy applies to purchases made on Traget. Purchases from Amazon or other retail website must be returned to that site. all prodcut that were purchased as part of the promotion are not returnable on their own. Please, you must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it was agreed to return.


How do I return an unwanted order?

We offer 60 day returns on our product purchased from our store TRAGET. If you're within the 60 day period, just email us at contact@traget-shop.com and provide your order number, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase. I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for orders of large quantities and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.
